Dr. Henry A. Miller received his undergraduate and Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees from West Virginia University. After receiving his doctorate degree, Dr. Miller then went on to serve a hospital-based residency in general practice and hospital dentistry through the Veterans Administration.
Influenced by this extensive training, he followed his interests by completing a rigorous three year residency and graduate program in prosthodontics and maxillofacial prosthetics, earning his specialty certificate as well as a Master of Science degree from West Virginia University.
Upon completion of his specialty training, Dr. Miller was appointed as a Staff Prosthodontist and Director of Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Martinsburg, WV. In addition to Prosthodontics, Maxillofacial Prosthetics and Dental Implants, he practiced and trained doctors in all facets of general dentistry in a hospital environment. It was at this time that Dr. Miller received the "Hands and Heart Award" from the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, for his compassionate dedication to patient care and treatment of our Nation's Veterans.
His training eventually led him back to his hometown of Greensburg, PA, where he currently maintains an active practice focused on Prosthodontics, Maxillofacial Prosthetics and Dental Implants. Due to his love of teaching, Dr. Miller maintains an affiliation with the Department of Veterans Affairs by serving as a clinical consultant in Prosthodontics and Maxillofacial Prosthetics at two Veterans Affairs Medical Centers. He also maintains active hospital privileges at several local and out-of-state hospitals.
An affection for dental laboratory technology also allows Dr. Miller to fabricate many of his own dental restorations in the on-site dental laboratory, further insuring optimal results for his patients.
Dr. Miller is a member of the American College of Prosthodontists.
